HOLIDAYS

TUNISIA - NOV 06
Just got back from a holiday in Tunisia. Had a great time. Its a really interesting country but still needs a lot of developing and some areas resemble a war zone. The tourist areas are nice and the hotels are really good for the price. Everything is so cheap - food, clothes and shoes, leather etc. I would definitely go back even just for the shopping experience of the Souks.

This was well worth a visit just to get a taste of traditional Tunisia. You can get some real bargains but you have to be prepared to haggle loads and put up with a load of hassle from sellers - especially if you've got blonde hair.

ITALY - AUG 06

I went to Lake Garda and Verona for a week in August with my sister and her family. Lake Garda is a really beautiful place and the weather

was fantastic. We went to the Opera in Verona which was an experience - probably not to be repeated but at least I've done it.

My second post and so much has happened in the last few weeks since starting this blog.

Had a really busy last few months. I've finally moved house to a lovely new flat on the river in Docklands. There are a few pictures of the complex on this website:

I've just changed jobs as well and will be starting at the end of November.

Had a weekend at Centreparcs for Gemmas Hen Weekend. All the Hetton lot were there and it was certainly entertaining. Gemma had the most stunning jacket and was dressed to impress on saturday night (photos to follow). Lets hope the rope burns from abseiling have gone before the wedding night.

So all in all its been a really busy time. Although I still managed to squeeze in a night at London Fashion Week earlier this month. Had a great time drinking ridiculously expensive champagne and making the most of the freebies.

Thought it was time I set up my blog seen as everyone else has already done this. I will be updating this over the next few weeks with photos etc which you might find interesting, or maybe not.
